It is available in a variety of different configurations to suit a variety of different people’s requirements. Because of its shape and size, the Peugeot Partner offers a great all-around vision and is a Joy to drive. It has a slightly higher seating positioning compared to a standard car making entry and exit of the vehicle much easier. The Peugeot Partner is available with either petrol or diesel engine, there is also an automatic option, but this is currently only available with the diesel engine.

The wheelchair access on a Peugeot Partner is at the rear via easy to manage to fold down the ramp that leads on to the lowered rear floor section. This lowered floor section provides an increased headroom for the wheelchair passenger. The wheelchair is secure inside the vehicle with a specialist wheelchair restraints system. 5 Seats or 3 Seats + Wheelchair Passenger

This is an extremely popular model because it offers all the benefits of the standard car but can transform into a vehicle able to carry a wheelchair passenger in a matter of minutes. This process simply involves tipping forward two of the rear seats to create space for the wheelchair to sit alongside the remaining rear seat. The rear seats can also be easily removed if required.

3 Seats + Wheelchair Passenger.

This conversion consists of two seats in the front and a single seat at the rear. Although this type of configuration does not offer the same amount of flexibility as the five-seat version listed above. However, it does have its advantages that may be beneficial to some people. Firstly, because there is no rear seat mechanism to secure the additional rear seats there is greater length available for the wheelchair. Secondly, three-seat models are often cheaper than the equivalent five-seat versions, what is the point of paying for some seats if you are never going to use them.

4 Seats + Wheelchair Passenger

This conversion is the same as the three seats + Wheelchair passenger listed above but has two rear seats with space in the middle for the wheelchair passenger.

Fold Flat Wheelchair Ramp

Most Peugeot Partner converted by Allied Vehicles will be fitted with their unique FLexiFold ramp. This ramp offers a low gentle gradient making it easier to board the wheelchair passenger. Also, this clever innovative ramp can be folded flat into the vehicle when not in use to create a useful flat boot floor. Additionally, because the FlexiFold ramp is shorter than some other ramps it is great for parking because it needs less space to unfold.
